De FF900 Valiant II schaal is gemaakt van LS2’s gepatenteerde KPA. KPA (Kinetic Polymer Alloy) is een in huis ontwikkelde mix van polycarbonaten en thermoplasten. Deze mix is een ultra-lichtgewicht materiaal dat een hoge weerstand tegen penetratie biedt, maar heeft nog enige flexibiliteit voor de ultieme energieverspreiding. Het vizier gemonteerd op de helm is zeer slagvast, dat vervorming voorkomt en biedt maximale helderheid. LS2’s drop-down zonneschild helpt de ogen van de rijder te beschermen tegen felle zon, en beweegt op en uit de weg snel en gemakkelijk als dat nodig is.

The designers at LS2 took a popular concept, the 180 degree flip, and designed a totally new and unique mechanism, allowing the Valiant II to be the smallest, lightest helmet of its kind on the market.

The FF900 Valiant II shell is constructed from LS2’s proprietary KPA. KPA (Kinetic Polymer Alloy) is an in house developed blend of poly carbonates and thermoplastics. This blend is an ultra-light weight material which offers a high penetration resistance, but still has some flexibility for the ultimate in energy dispersion. The visor fitted on the helmet is highly impact resistant, that avoids distortion and offers maximum clarity. LS2’s drop-down sun shield helps protect the rider’s eyes from bright sun, and moves up and out of the way quickly and easily if so needed.
